Harbour Suite is a ground floor apartment in Harbour Heights, an elegant Georgian house set at the end of a stately terrace, which overlooks the magnificent sandy North Beach in the popular holiday town of Tenby, with its picturesque harbour.
The original high ceilings make this apartment feel spacious and the large sash windows add to the airy feel. Comfortably furnished to a high standard the open plan living space looks out over North beach, and across the road, paths and steps lead directly down to the beach. There is a small communal walled courtyard to the rear where you can enjoy a barbecue or why not sample the excellent pubs, restaurants which abound in Tenby - all within a short walk. There are three more sandy beaches to explore and a trip to Caldey Island is a must.

Harbour Heights is a Georgian house set on the end of a rather stately parade which overlooks the magnificent sandy North Beach in the bustling picturesque harbour town of Tenby. Across the road paths and steps lead down directly onto the glorious sandy beach, while a wealth of amenities are all within walking distance. When the tide is out you can wander the shoreline which joins the other three beaches surrounding Tenby, taking in the Coastal Path to go further afield. Comfortably furnished to a high standard throughout, the apartments are accessed from a communal hallway. Three of the apartments are spacious with original high ceilings and large sash windows which combine to give them an airy feel, while most offer panoramic views over North Beach, Tenby’s picturesque harbour and the blue sea of Carmarthen Bay. There is a small communal walled courtyard to the rear where you can enjoy a barbecue or why not sample the excellent pubs, restaurants which abound in Tenby - all within a short walk. Leave your car behind and spend your days on the beach exploring the quaint cobbled walled town of Tenby or take a trip to Caldey Island - a visit to the Cistercian Monastery is not to be missed.There is a wealth of family attractions such as Folly Farm, Oakwood Theme Park, Manor House Wildlife Park and Heatherton World of Activities, as well as pretty seaside villages and sandy bays all within a short drive. This 3 storey property with 1 apartment, Harbour Suite, on ground floor, is situated on edge of town, overlooking the North beach. Car can be parked outside for offloading purposes (double yellow lines). Parking opposite along the Croft - space allocated. 3 steps into main front door (approximately 12” high 1 metre wide). Hand rails either side of steps. There is a small communal walled courtyard to the rear which has flat patio slabs with tables, bench and chairs for residents use. 3 steps of similar size located for access to rear courtyard, also with hand rail on side of steps. No help is at hand with any luggage, unless requested in advance. Harbour Suite has a double room with ensuite shower room/shower cubicle/whb/wc. All doorways are standard sizes. open plan lounge/dining/kitchenette with separate wc off lounge. Storage for bikes in the hallway and back utility room. Good lighting throughout apartment (natural and artificial). TV has remote control.
